Duluth Bikes hosts two events in support of Winter Bike to Work Day:
1) A warmup station at MN Power Plaza: pick up pancakes, hot coffee, hot cocoa, and warm up in our woodstove-heated warming tent! We’ll have hand warmers and reflective bike gear to give away, too!
2) A group ride from the Rose Garden to MN Power Plaza: we’ll meet up and head downtown at 7:30 AM
This event is part of Winter Bike Week, which celebrates and encourages winter biking in all its forms – whether for fun and recreation or transportation and commuting. Working with partner organizations in the Duluth area, Winter Bike Week will host community events, educational workshops, and family-friendly bike rides to demonstrate that winter biking is fun, practical, and accessible to most people in our community.
