Join this special Winter Bike Week version of the weekly Tuesday Night Ladies Ride! Come early (6pm) for treats, coffee provided by Yellow Bike Coffee, and tips for winter riding. Each participant will also get a $5 gift card to Yellow Bike Coffee to use later! Ride begins at 6:30 sharp. We’ll be riding the Piedmont section of the Duluth Traverse, and all skill levels are welcome! Don’t forget to bring lights (sun sets at 5:20) and a full water bottle. This event is part of Zeitgeist’s Winter Bike Week, which celebrates and encourages winter biking in all its forms – whether for fun and recreation or transportation and commuting. Working with partner organizations in the Duluth area, Winter Bike Week will host community events, educational workshops, and family-friendly bike rides to demonstrate that winter biking is fun, practical, and accessible to most people in our community.
